APANDI GIVES EARLY WARNING TO ANWAR & FAMILY: GETTING ROYAL PARDON WILL BE REALLY TOUGH
KUALA LUMPUR – Tan Sri Apandi Ali denied suggestions that getting someone a royal pardon is an easy affair, accusing those who claim so as trivialising the authority of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong.

Apandi said the power to pardon under Article 42 of the Federal Constitution requires the endorsement of a Pardons Board that includes the AG, Federal Territories minister, and no more than three other members.
“Whatever the Federal Court decides on this matter, the fact is the application and the granting of pardon is not an easy thing,” Apandi said.

Setuju! Getting a royal pardon is no easy thing. As Apandi said "the power to pardon under Article 42 of the Federal Constitution requires the endorsement of a Pardons Board that includes the AG, Federal Territories minister, and no more than three other members".
Asking for ampon is no easy task. Let us look at how this "ampon" thing works when you are pulled up by the traffic police for a traffic infringement.....like speeding! What is the process?
First you got to have one of those Traffic Cops hiding in some bushes with Radar Equipments waiting to catch you speeding.

Then there is the Traffic Cops manning the road block ahead to stop the unsuspecting speeding car.

Then comes the issuing of the speeding tickets...
And then you go pay for the summon
So it really is a complex process involving many different police personals each having his or her own tasks that finally culminates weeks or months down the road when you finally go and pay for the summon after you beg, borrow or steal the amount needed to pay for the fine.
The same goes for a pardon for Anwar ...as explained by the AG....BUT and it is a big BUT...there might be a way of taking a short cut to the pardon if you know how. This  is how anybody take a short cut to getting an ampon for a speeding ticket "problem:
I do not know what the short cut is to get a pardon for Anwar Ibrahim..but I am sure Malaysian politicians are resourceful enough to find a way. Go ask Isa Samad...after he sailang so many hundred of millions from FELDA he is still walking the streets is he not? So what is Anwar's "crime" when compared to what Isa Samad has done with FELDA. Sure can kautim one!
